Relational mindfulness is an experiential practice of using mindfulness while in connection with others.
With the support of a guided mindfulness practice, group agreements, and thoughtful facilitation, we can explore what it's like to relate to other people. We can see what are our reactions, and notice how these reactions feel.
When we learn to listen more fully to another AND internally to our own experience, there is a surprising amount of insight, clarity, and depth that is possible.
"Devon and T create a rich and grounded learning space and practice environment where being real, healing, and playing are part of a sincere and courageous path to an awakened heart." - group participant
